Dr. "Buzz" Frenzy (Matthew J Hesse) I picked this for massage music. Wow. Both my masseur & I... transfixed. Mostly silent, we'd briefly marvel over this or that, finally agreeing: 'Twas a sonic trip. At first a breezy traipse, it turned to plumb unknown depths woven from the quixotically familiar. Fluid bass propels; a palette of accompanists dance. Dave's lilt & cadence teasing the voice ought to make Bouncing Like Gagarin my favorite, but Jaffa Market's near-east plaintiveness holds even deeper appeal. A sublime journey. Brill! Favorite track: Jaffa Market.
